What are the shipping costs?
We provide free shipping to all US orders with online purchase over $499.
In-store orders will be delivery for free within 100-mile radius. Over 100-mile will also be free if the purchase is at least $499.
Otherwise, shipping is flat fee of $75.
Can I use shipping address different from my credit card?
No, sorry. All online orders must ship to address on credit card.
Do you ship internationally?
No, sorry, We currently ship to all of the US only.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we received the item, it takes 5-7 business days for the credit to be reflected back onto your original form of payment.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days to return the mattress minus 25% of restocking fee.
